I'm fuming! I just crafted a lengthy entry and then lost it. I even wrote it in Word so that the internet didn't do anything screwy with it! Unfortunately, my entire computer crashed and there went my masterpiece. *sniffle* I can't be bothered to rewrite the whole thing so, in short:
- My wonderful boyfriend has found us a new place already and if all goes well, he'll be moving in on Saturday!
- I am nervous, excited, and scared to death all at once.
- Since my Father decided he'd rather go skiing than drive here and help me cart my things to NY, I have to do it all myself. I have a small car people, ain't no way all the crap I have is gonna fit in it. That said, I'm selling things and giving stuff away left and right. Not an easy task someone with a little bit 'o pack rat in her.
- This arctic, dry air is wreaking havoc on my skin and hair. Everything is so dry it hurts!
- I love my new shoes.
- I smell yummy like warm vanilla sugar.
- Laughing Cow cheese on low fat trisciuts is the best low points snack ever.
- If I drink any more water, I fear I may drown myself.
- Having people over Thursday and Friday in anticipation of my leaving.
- Having mini strokes everytime I realize that I'm really moving.
- I'm actually kind of sad that I'm going to miss all but one episode of "American Idol," but I'm sure I'll find some fab Brit show to keep me entertained once there.
- Despite my general mood of craziness and pervasive unrest, I've managed to drastically cut back on my smoking lately. Methinks this is a good thing.
- Lately, I have the attention span of a gnat.
